Classification of Indian MSMEs

Indian MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are classfied based on the Investment (in Plant and Machinery or Equipment) done and their Annual Turnover.

Micro Enteprises are those having Investment of not more than Rs. 1 crore and Annual Turnover of not more than Rs. 5 crore.

Small Enteprises are those having Investment of not more than Rs. 10 crore and Annual Turnover of not more than Rs. 50 crore.

Medium Enteprises are those having Investment of not more than Rs. 50 crore and Annual Turnover of not more than Rs. 250 crore.
